Enrolling organizations, awareness campaigns, regional forums and peer exchange, with corporate, faith-based, government and health partnerships that diversify resources for partners.
Operational capacity and coordination
Staff and coordination, field visits, communication, monitoring and evaluation, financial management and governance — allocated across the three objectives.
M&E is embedded in the Nofam platform — real-time data on school performance, healthcare and sponsorship continuity.
Independent governance
Registered Ugandan NGO with an independent board, dedicated M&E staff, transparent budgeting and independent audits.
Policy framework
Child protection, safeguarding, gender equality and data protection policies, plus financial, procurement and HR policies.
Government alignment
Programmes align with the Ministry of Education and Sports and national health systems for lasting, embedded impact.
Quarterly accountability
Quarterly stakeholder reviews, baseline and endline assessments per project cycle, and regular reporting to funders.
